In-home initial consultation

This consultation is required as a first step prior to all sessions or packages

Meet face to face in your home (up to 60mins)

This time will be used to review the space you want to focus on, identify any problem areas, take measurements, and photos (with your permission), and discuss your goals and budget.

I will outline the services I offer, answer any questions you may have and then discuss specific options available to complete your project.

A personalised client plan and proposal is provided following this initial consultation.

Kick Start DIY option: If you prefer to DIY, this consultation gives you a clear, expert plan to get started, with no pressure to book further sessions. You can always choose to book hands-on help later.

Mini Sessions are a quick, one-hour organising option focused on small spaces — perfect for a fast, effective refresh.

What else do I need to know?

Personalised solutions

are included in all sessions and packages.

I will have spent time planning options to best suit your needs before I arrive for each organising session

You can book in as many or as few sessions as you need

Minimum session time

the minimum time for a standard session is 3 hours

(this excludes a Mini Session which is only 1 hour)

Additional hours

can be added if required at $80/hr

Labels

are included in all sessions and packages as required

Rubbish bags

are provided. Rubbish will be left at your home for disposal with your normal bin collection.

Storage items

There is no requirement to buy new storage items. If you already have containers that are suitable, great!

However, new storage items can be purchased if required. We will discuss your needs and budget and I can either give you a list of suggestions for you to purchase yourself, OR I can purchase for you. If I purchase these for you, they will be charged at the purchase price PLUS a shopping service fee.

Shopping Service Fee

$80/hr for time spent planning, researching, compiling shopping lists, sourcing, or purchasing items.

This will be charged for actual time spent e.g. if it takes me 90mins, the cost will be $120.
